Full course description
The session includes information on the support services available to patients and their whanau/families. Lastly, there is an outline of the general practice services and funding that you can offer to support your patient during their end-of-life and a demonstration of how to use the ProExtra Palliative Care claim forms.
Please note:
GPs and Nurses who have not used the Palliative Care programme before must first become approved providers in order to access the ProExtra Palliative Care service. You can become approved by viewing this education session and passing a quiz (80% to pass).
